• The shelf, rod, and media tools divide a length by a typical item width or thickness. Real items lean, vary in size, and need breathing room, so treat the counts as a comfortable maximum.
• The room-fit and moving toolsassume simple rectangles and typical packing. Doorways have trim and handles, furniture doesn’t compress, and everyone packs differently, so a “fits” result with little clearance should be double-checked in person.
